My Profile

I am a full time realtor with Keller Williams and a Buyer Specialist for the Dane County Market team.  I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Graduate of the Residential Institute.  Prior to Real Estate I was in Human Resources for 11 years, and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, from Cardinal Stritch University. 

I have lived in and around Madison my entire life, so I am very knowledgeable about the entire Dane County area.  My specialities include single family homes, condos, lakefront properties, residential income properties, and land. I specialize in making your real estate experience an enjoyable one and will work very hard to understand your needs and exceed your expectations!

I LOVE what I do. As your buyer specialist, I'm here to help you find the property of your dreams - while advocating for your goals every step of the way. I help you locate the properties that match your interests and schedule your showings for you. I draft your offer to purchase and work for you to negotiate your terms and your price. I manage every aspect of your offer, including all of your contingencies to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I attend your inspection with you and negotiate on your behalf should any defects be found during your inspection.

I'm here to put you in touch with a lender who specializes in your property of interest, and I'll connect you with an excellent home inspector who uses the latest technologies to detect hidden defects.

Last, I attend your closing with you (my favorite part!). There is no better feeling than seeing my clients achieve the home their dreams!
